ABRASILVER ANNOUNCES FILING OF NI 43-101 PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY TECHNICAL REPORT

Abrasilver Resource Corp. has filed on SEDAR+ a National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Project-compliant, independent technical report on its wholly owned Diablillos project in Salta province, Argentina.

The report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report, Pre-Feasibility Study for the Diablillos Ag-Au Project" is dated April 30, 2024, has an effective date of March 7, 2024, and supports the disclosure made by Abrasilver in its March 25, 2024, press release titled "AbraSilver Announces Robust Diablillos PFS With US$494M After-Tax NPV and 26% IRR." There are no material differences in the report from the results disclosed in the company's March 25, 2024, press release. Qualified person

David O'Connor, PGeo, chief geologist for Abrasilver, is the qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and he has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this news release.
