ABRASILVER ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANTS

Abrasilver Resource Corp. has granted an aggregate of 5.68 million stock options pursuant to its share compensation plan to directors, officers, employees, advisers and consultants of the company. The options issued entitle the holder to acquire the same number of common shares of the company and will be exercisable at a price of 35.5 cents per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options were granted under and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
