NEWS RELEASE

ARBOR METALS ANNOUNCES FALL 2026 EXPLORATION PROGRAM AT KEMLEE LAKE LITHIUM PROJECT

Vancouver, Canada - August 4, 2026 - Arbor Metals Corp. ("Arbor" or the "Company") (TSXV: ABR, FWB: 432) is pleased to announce plans to undertake a Phase 3 exploration program at its wholly owned Kemlee Lake Lithium Project, located southeast of Lake Nipigon in central Ontario.

The planned Fall 2026 exploration program has been designed to follow up on encouraging results generated during the Company's 2025 field season, which identified several priority lithium exploration targets through an integrated bark and rock sampling program. These anomalous zones correspond closely with magnetic highs identified through both Ontario government airborne geophysical surveys and the Company's 2024 ground magnetic survey, strengthening the Company's confidence in the exploration potential of the project.

The proposed exploration program will utilize man-portable Shaw Drills, capable of testing targets to depths of approximately 20 metres. The shallow drilling program is intended to provide an efficient and cost-effective method of evaluating the highest-priority targets before advancing to a larger-scale diamond drilling program.

Bark sampling has become an increasingly important exploration technique within the Georgia Lake lithium camp and has contributed to the discovery of several spodumene-bearing pegmatite systems throughout the district. Arbor believes the strong correlation between the Company's geochemical anomalies and coincident magnetic features represents compelling drill targets that warrant further investigation.

The Phase 3 program is currently planned for the Fall of 2026 and remains subject to financing and customary operational planning.

Management Commentary

"We are excited to advance exploration at Kemlee Lake following the encouraging results generated through our systematic exploration programs," said Mark Ferguson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Arbor. "The combination of multiple lithium anomalies, favourable geophysical signatures and the geological similarities to the nearby Georgia Lake camp provides us with several compelling targets. The planned Shaw Drill program offers an efficient way to prioritize these targets ahead of a larger diamond drilling campaign, while continuing to build our understanding of the property's lithium potential."

Environmental Stewardship

Arbor remains committed to conducting all exploration activities in a safe, responsible and environmentally sustainable manner. The Company will continue to work closely with local stakeholders and Indigenous communities while adhering to industry best practices designed to minimize environmental impacts and ensure responsible exploration.

Board of Directors Update

The Company also announces that Alex Klenman has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective immediately, to pursue other business opportunities. Mark Ferguson, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented: "On behalf of the Board and management, I would like to sincerely thank Alex for his valuable contributions, guidance and dedication during his time as a director of Arbor. His experience and support have been greatly appreciated as the Company advanced its portfolio of exploration projects. We wish Alex every success in his future business endeavours."
