Arbor completes 2025 prospecting program at Kemlee Lake

2025-07-17 17:59 ET - News Release

Mr. Mark Ferguson reports

ARBOR METALS COMPLETES PROSPECTING PROGRAM AT KEMLEE LAKE LITHIUM PROJECT

Arbor Metals Corp. has successfully completed its 2025 prospecting program at its wholly owned Kemlee Lake lithium project, located on the eastern shore of Lake Nipigon in Ontario. The program, which was conducted by a six-person crew, involved the collection of valuable geological samples to advance the exploration efforts at this promising lithium property.

The prospecting work focused on utilizing preexisting trails across the property. The team obtained a total of 27 rock samples from outcrops, which are expected to provide insights into the geological characteristics of the property. Additionally, the team collected 622 tree bark samples from black spruce trees, which were taken along traverse lines that mirrored the winter magnetometer survey lines, running east-west at 100-metre intervals. The tree bark sampling technique was previously proven successful during exploration at the Georgia Lake lithium project (Rock Tech Georgia Lake Inc.) in 2023.

Both the rock and bark samples were delivered to Activation Laboratories (Actlabs) in Thunder Bay, Ont., where they were processed before being sent to Actlabs' laboratory in Ancaster, Ont., for preparation and analysis. The results of these analyses will be critical in further defining lithium-bearing zones and guiding future drilling programs.

"We are pleased to have completed this important prospecting program at the Kemlee Lake lithium project," said Mark Ferguson, president and chief executive officer of Arbor. "The collection of both rock and tree bark samples in key areas of the property represents a significant step forward in advancing our understanding of the project's potential. We look forward to receiving the results and building on this information as we continue to move the project forward."

About Arbor Metals Corp.

Arbor is a mining exploration company focused on developing high-value, geographically significant mineral projects worldwide. Arbor is paving the way for advanced mineral exploration as it oversees world-class mining projects. The company is confident that combining quality projects with proven strategies and a dedicated team will yield exceptional outcomes.

The Jarnet, Corvette Lake and St. Pierre lithium projects, located in the James Bay region of Quebec, comprises 83 map-designated claims, covering an area of approximately 5,606 hectares. The projects are contiguous to the Corvette-FCI property, where diamond drilling has confirmed significant lithium mineralization representing one of the highest-profile lithium exploration projects in the sector.

The Kemlee Lake lithium project is strategically located three kilometres east of Rock Tech Lithium Inc.'s Aumacho claim blocks and 12 kilometres south of the Georgia Lake project. The project shares many geological similarities with the prolific Georgia Lake deposit, including bedrock geology and the presence of massive intrusive dikes. The primary target at the project will be spodumene-bearing pegmatites hosted in metasediments.
