NEWS RELEASE

ARBOR METALS IDENTIFIES LITHIUM ANOMALIES FROM PHASE 1 DRILLING AT JARNET LITHIUM PROJECT

Vancouver, Canada - June 2, 2025 - Arbor Metals Corp. ("Arbor" or the "Company") (TSXV: ABR, FWB: 432) is pleased to announce inaugural assay results on its wholly owned Jarnet Lithium Project located adjacent to Patriot Battery Metals' Shaakichiuwaanaan Property(formerly known as the Corvette Project), located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec.

The Phase 1 program, which consisted of 10 holes (1,913 metres), was designed to test large-scale pegmatite dykes swarms identified in the 2023 and 2024 field programs, which included ground geophysics, surface sampling and systematic soil sampling. Lithium anomalies in the range of 100 to 310 ppm were observed in 179 core samples and over 657ppm in 27% of the samples. Pegmatite dykes were mapped over widths ranging from 1m to 15m and were of varied and distinct compositions, which is suggestive of multiple phase events. Furthermore, the wide and consistent dissemination of the lithium values, which consistently increased at depth, may be indicative of an enrichment envelope.

Drilling focused on swarms of granitic pegmatite dykes hosted in varied lithologies: amphibolite, monzonite, granodiorite and sediments. Hole JAR-24-001 was drilled following an east-west direction to crosscut at right angle a quartz vein system hosting molybdenite. Holes JAR-24-006 and JAR-24-007 were drilled following a north-south direction, ~ 1km east of JAR-24-001 and 300m to 500 metres south from surface sampling. JAR-24-005 was drilled close to eastern the end of an outcrop following a north-west direction about 500 metres from holes JAR-24-006 and 007. Overall, the different targets covered an area of about 1.5km of strike length.

Results of the inaugural drill program support the Company's hypothesis that the Jarnet 2 claims block hosts a kilometric wide corridor of pegmatite dyke swarms. While lithium values and observations have not as yet proven the presence of high-grade spodumene bearing pegmatites, the broadly distributed lithium anomalies may indicate the presence of a fertile local environment for hosting a spodumene bearing dyke swarm.

Phase 1 drilling was performed by Forage et Construction Muskw, a joint venture between Forage Fusion Drilling and the Cree community, represented by Saskounan. Muskw, based in Chisasibi, Quebec, is co-owned and predominantly operated by local and Indigenous stakeholders. Muskw's involvement exemplifies the success of local and Indigenous ownership and reinforces Arbor's commitment to community engagement and economic development in the regions where it operates. Arbor Metals extends its sincere gratitude to Muskw for their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to the project.

Mark Ferguson, President and CEO of Arbor commenting "The positive markers from our Phase 1 drilling program have given us a solid foundation to build upon as we continue to explore the lithium potential at Jarnet. We are confident our upcoming program will provide additional critical information to help define the next steps for the project. We are eager to expand our efforts to include the high-priority target areas on the Firebird, Corvette, and St. Pierre claims."

Arbor is committed to conducting all of its exploration activities with a strong focus on environmental stewardship. The Company adheres to industry-leading environmental guidelines and strives to minimize its environmental footprint. Furthermore, Arbor continues to work collaboratively with local communities and other stakeholders to ensure its activities are aligned with the needs and concerns of the communities in which it operates.

About Arbor Metals Corp.

Arbor Metals Corp. is a mining exploration company focused on developing high-value, geographically significant mineral projects worldwide. Arbor is paving the way for advanced mineral exploration as it oversees world-class mining projects. The Company is confident that combining quality projects with proven strategies and a dedicated team will yield exceptional outcomes.

The Jarnet, Corvette Lake and St. Pierre lithium projects, located in the James Bay region of Quebec, comprises 83 map-designated claims, covering an area of approximately 5,606 hectares. The projects are contiguous to the Corvette-FCI property, where diamond drilling has confirmed significant lithium mineralization representing one of the highest-profile lithium exploration projects in the sector.

The Kemlee Lake Lithium project is strategically located three kilometers east of Rock Tech Lithium Inc.'s Aumacho claim blocks and twelve kilometers south of the Georgia Lake Project. The Project shares many geological similarities with the prolific Georgia Lake deposit, including bedrock geology and the presence of massive intrusive dykes. The primary target at the Project will be spodumene-bearing pegmatites hosted in metasediments.
