The achievement is a result of Interface's 2026 Global Culture Survey, conducted in partnership with Great Place To Work®. Great Place To Work® does country-by-country evaluations, with participating companies required to meet established thresholds for employee participation, workplace trust scores, and minimum employee counts within each country.

Key results included:

• 85% employee participation rate, the highest in company history
• 81% of employees agree Interface is a great place to work, a five-point increase from the prior survey in 2024
• 71% Great Place To Work® model score, up three points from the prior survey

Achieving certification across all 14 eligible countries is particularly meaningful for Interface, where frontline manufacturing and supply chain employees represent more than half of the employee base.
