SmartRent, Inc. Bansi, who joined SmartRent in October 2025 as Chief Transformation Officer, will now oversee operations, field services, supply chain and analytics, while continuing to lead and accelerate the Company’s AI-focused enterprise transformation strategy.

The appointment reflects Bansi’s significant impact since joining the team in October 2025. As Chief Transformation Officer, Bansi optimized the execution of the Company’s strategic cost-efficiency programs through rigorous workflow improvements and organizational redesign. Under his leadership, SmartRent successfully streamlined its internal operations while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience and increasing satisfaction scores. By bringing its operations functions under a single leadership umbrella, SmartRent aims to further unify and automate its processes to deliver against its Vision 2028 strategy, including achieving higher levels of profitability and cash flow through accelerated growth and a more scalable and leverable operating model.
