TMX GROUP CIVIC HOLIDAY MARKET CLOSURES

TMX Group Ltd.'s Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TMX Select, Alpha and Montreal Exchange will be closed on Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, for the civic holiday. NGX natural gas and power markets will be open for regular trading, though its crude oil markets will be closed.

The exchanges will reopen and resume regular trading on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014.
