WONDERFILM ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The Wonderfilm Media Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,134,400 common shares for gross proceeds of $567,200 at 50 cents per common share. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital expenses.

The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. All securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance.
