WEALTH GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Wealth Minerals Ltd., pursuant to the company's 2004 incentive stock option plan, has granted incentive stock options to a consultant of the company to purchase up to 80,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable on or before Jan. 17, 2018, at a price of $1.12 per share.
