The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated Aug. 10, 2016, between Wealth Minerals Ltd., James Dawson and Gary Belik. Pursuant to the agreement, the company acquired the option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Jesse Creek property in British Columbia.

Consideration for the property is shown in the attached table.
