The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a share purchase agreement dated May 21, 2015, between Wealth Minerals Ltd. and Coronet Metals Inc. whereby the issuer will acquire all of the shares of Coronet Metals Peru SAC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coronet, which holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Yanamina gold property, which consists of five granted mining concessions located in the district of Caraz, in the department of Ancash, Peru.

The consideration payable to Coronet consists of cash $81,000 (U.S.) and one million common shares of the issuer, payable in two tranches. Production from the property is also subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty in favour of Franco-Nevada Corp., which can be purchased outright at any time prior to the commencement of construction for $200,000 (U.S.) cash.
