WEST HIGH YIELD RELEASES FINANCIAL RESULTS

West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. has released its financial results and management's discussion and analysis for the three months ended March 31, 2015. The unaudited interim condensed financial statements and related MD&A for the three months ended March 31, 2015, have been filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities on SEDAR.

The company also advises that on April 30, 2015, it completed a private placement of 1,286,000 units at a price of 25 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $321,500. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant, and 10 common share purchase warrants are eligible to purchase one common share of the company at 40 cents per share for one year. Finders' fees of $32,150 were paid with respect to the private placement.
