VELOCITY COMPLETES $260,000 OF PROJECTS FOR L-3 COMMUNICATIONS

Velocity Data Inc. has completed a $260,000 project for L-3 Communications. This transaction has been completed and not subject to any further supply of products or services.

Velocity chief executive officer, Adam Radly, said: "We are very pleased to have completed this project for L3. It was completed on time and on budget."

Mr. Radly also said: "We have many customers working on federal government projects so we expect a seasonal rise in order in the months leading up September -- the fiscal year-end for the federal government. Our sales and management teams are doing a great job during this busy period."

Mr. Radly also said, "We will continue to provide updates regarding the commencement and completion of the major projects as they occur."
