Warrant initial exercise price:  35 cents

Warrant term to expiry:  30 months

Number of placees:  26 placees

Finders' fees:  Elemental Capital Partners LLP (Morgan Fletcher), $57,540.12 cash and 72,546 warrants; Haywood Securities Inc., $1,320 cash; Mezzo Consulting Services (Frank Hoegel), $46,900.70 cash; Goldinvest Consulting GmbH (Bjorn Junker), $6,622 cash

Finder's warrant initial exercise price:  35 cents

Finder's warrant term to expiry:  for a period of 30 months from the closing date
