Titan Medical Inc. will list up to an additional 21,467,200 shares at the open on March 16, 2017, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the company's March 10, 2017, prospectus supplement, Titan Medical will issue up to 21,467,200 units at 35 cents per unit in a public offering. Each unit will consist of one share, one-half of one warrant expiring 24 months after the closing of the offering (the 2019 warrant) and one-half of one warrant expiring 48 months after the closing of the offering (the 2021 warrant).

According to the TSX, the units will immediately separate into shares, 2019 warrants and 2021 warrants upon closing of the offering. Each whole 2019 warrant will entitle the holder to buy one share at 40 cents at any time until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 24 months after the closing of the offering. Each whole 2021 warrants will entitle the holder to buy one share at 50 cents until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 48 months after the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed on the TSX.
