TRINITY APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Trinity Valley Energy Corp. has appointed Jerry A. Minni, CGA, to its board of directors.

Mr. Minni is a certified general accountant and has been chief executive officer of the Mcorp Investment Group since 1992. The Mcorp Investment Group owns commercial real estate and has investments in a number of privately held operating companies in British Columbia, Oregon and California.

In addition, Mr. Minni has over 30 years of experience in the administration, management and financing of venture capital companies, having an extensive knowledge of the regulatory filing processes within Canada. Mr. Minni has been and remains a director and officer of several public companies.
