TINTINA RESOURCES - BLACK BUTTE COPPER PROJECT UPDATE

Tintina Resources Inc. has provided an update on project work and has released a short film. The film provides background and information on how the Tintina team is developing the Black Butte copper project -- highlighting the benefits of a 21st century underground mining operation in Montana and what it means for the community.

Tintina reports that detailed studies and evaluation of the project are continuing and these continue to provide critical data for the upcoming mine operating permit (MOP) application, and it will submit the application to the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) later this year.

The company is completing design-level studies for all surface works related to the project including the underground mining, hydrological and closure plans. Data from these detailed studies will support completion of the previously announced prefeasibility economic study, which has been postponed until later in the permitting process. A full feasibility study will coincide with the company seeking project financing.

Tintina has released a short film entitled: "The Black Butte Copper Project -- Working Together." The film highlights the Tintina team and local residents explaining the environmental safeguards and economic benefits that a modern copper mine would bring to central Montana as well as for all Montanans. The company has upgraded its website to provide detailed information on the project in preparation for the company's application for the MOP.
