The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a letter of intent dated Dec. 15, 2016, between the company and Benton Resources Inc., whereby the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the 20-claim East Alder property located in central Newfoundland in consideration of $1,500 plus two million common shares.
