TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a letter of intent dated Dec. 11, 2016, between the company and Wayne Reid, whereby the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the 30-claim Princess Lake property located in central Newfoundland for 1.2 million common shares.
