Mr. Richard Hains reports

RICHARD HAINS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL CONTROL OF COMMON SHARES OF RTG MINING INC.

On Oct. 9, 2015, Richard Hains acquired beneficial ownership of an additional one million common shares of RTG Mining Inc. at an average price of 44.977 cents. The common shares were acquired on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Mr. Hains now controls 20,214,359 common shares, or 15.06 per cent of RTG's issued and outstanding common shares on a diluted basis. Of the 20,214,359 common shares, Mr. Hains will own and control 19,455,859 common shares, or 14.49 per cent of RTG's issued and outstanding common shares on a diluted basis.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes, and Mr. Hains may from time to time increase or decrease his holdings of common shares or other securities of RTG.
