Mr. Robert Eadie reports

RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting held on Oct. 27, 2016, Robert Eadie, Gary Arca and Michael Sweatman were reappointed directors of Red Hut Metals Inc. The shareholders also reappointed Wolrige Mahon LLP, chartered accountant, as the company's auditor and approved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.

Subsequent to the meeting, the board of directors appointed Mr. Eadie as president and chief executive officer, and Mr. Arca as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company.
