Mr. Robert Eadie reports

RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Red Hut Metals Inc. shareholders reappointed Robert Eadie, Gary Arca, David Gunning and Michael Sweatman as directors at the annual general meeting held on Nov. 26, 2015. The shareholders also reappointed Wolrige Mahon LLP, chartered accountants, as the company's auditor and approved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.

Subsequent to the meeting, the board of directors appointed Mr. Eadie as president and chief executive officer, and Mr. Arca as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company.
