Argex is pleased to announce the appointment of Genevieve Marchand to chief legal officer and corporate secretary.

Argex also announces the resignation of Mark Billings as vice-president, corporate development, and as a director of the corporation, effective June 17, 2014. Mr. Billings resigned as vice-president, corporate development, and director in order to pursue other business endeavours.

Additionally, Argex announces the resignation of Andre Laferriere, vice-president, mining and geology, effective June 13, 2014.
