According to the Toronto Stock Exchange, Goldcorp Inc.'s extended offer to purchase all of Osisko Mining Corp.'s outstanding shares will expire at 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Therefore, all trades in Osisko shares completed on April 14, 2014, will be for regular settlement. All trades completed on April 15, 2014, will be for special two-day settlement on April 17, 2014.
