The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Aura Minerals Inc. has arranged a rights offering. As stated in the company's rights offering circular dated Aug. 24, 2016, the company will issue one right per share to holders of record on Aug. 31, 2016, with eight rights and 15 cents buying one share.

According to the TSX, the shares will trade ex rights at the open on Aug. 29, 2016; the rights will begin trading under the symbol ORA.RT and Cusip No. 05152Q 11 5 at the same time. The rights will expire at 4 p.m. (Toronto time) on Sept. 30, 2016, and delist from the TSX at the close on the same day.

The TSX reports that trades on Sept. 27, 2016, and Sept. 28, 2016, will settle on Sept. 29, 2016. Trades on Sept. 29, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2016, will settle on Sept. 30, 2016.
