The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a binding definitive agreement dated Sept. 15, 2016, between Noram Ventures Inc. and Stadnyk and Partners USA Corp., whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 116 lithium mineral claims (2,320 acres), located in San Bernadino county, California. Consideration is $100,000 (U.S.) and 10 million common shares.
