Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. will list an additional 20.24 million shares at the open on Jan. 26, 2017, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the company's Jan. 20, 2017, short form prospectus, Northern Dynasty will issue 17.6 million shares at $1.85 (U.S.) per share in a bought deal offering. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 2.64 million more shares at the same rice for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
