NTG CLARITY CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NTG Clarity Networks Inc.'s board of directors and staff members were saddened to hear of the passing of Sinclair Stevens and are sending their condolences to his family.

Mr. Stevens was an active member of NTG's board of directors since 2006, with positive contributions to NTG throughout the years. The company greatly enjoyed working with him and he will be missed by all.

With the passing of Mr. Stevens, ceasing to be a director, NTG will be looking to fill his position once an appropriate person is identified.
