End OF STRIKE AT MCMAHON DISTRIBUTEUR PHARMACEUTIQUE INC.'S MONTREAL DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

Metro Inc.'s McMahon Distributeur pharmaceutique Inc.'s Montreal distribution centre's unionized employees, represented by the Teamsters Quebec, local 1999, have accepted the conciliator's recommendation, effectively ending the strike that started on May 6, 2015. Normal operations will resume on Sunday, May 24, 2015. The new collective agreement will be in effect for the next seven years and will allow the company to meet the needs of its clients and its employees.
