MOGO CLOSES $26.25 MILLION PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON SHARES

Mogo Finance Technology Inc. has closed its previously announced bought deal public offering of 3.75 million common shares of the company. The offering was made pursuant to an underwriting agreement among the company and a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp., and including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Eight Capital and Mackie Research Capital Corp.

The underwriters have the option, exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 30 days from today, to purchase up to an additional 562,500 common shares of the company on the same terms as the offering. In the event the option is exercised in its entirety, the aggregate gross proceeds of the offering will be $30,187,500.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the enhancement of the company's existing digital platform and products, and the research and development of new products. The company also intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
