LUNDIN GOLD TO COMMENCE TRADING ON NASDAQ STOCKHOLM AND PUBLISHES LISTING PROSPECTUS

On Dec. 12, 2014, Lundin Gold Inc. received conditional approval for listing on Nasdaq Stockholm (the main market). All the conditions have now been met, and the shares are expected to commence trading on the main market on Dec. 22, 2014. The shares will trade under the trading symbol LUG and the ISIN (international securities identification number) code CA5503711080.

A prospectus has been prepared in connection with the application for admission of the company's shares to trade on the main market.
