INTERMAP TECHNOLOGIES 2015 SECOND QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL NOTICE AND RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Intermap Technologies Corp. will release its 2015 second quarter financial results after market close on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015.

A conference call to review the results will take place Aug. 14, 2015, at 11 a.m. ET. Intermap has also released the results of the annual general and special meeting of shareholders of the corporation held on May 1, 2015. All matters put forth for consideration by the shareholders were approved, including the election of each nominee as a director of the corporation for the ensuing year, as shown in the attached table.

In addition to the annual resolutions, including the reappointment of KPMG LLP, chartered accountant, as auditor of the corporation, resolutions were passed (i) authorizing the board of directors of the corporation to effect, at its discretion, the consolidation of the issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation on the basis of one new common share for up to every 10 common shares; and (ii) approving the issuance of 4,530,166 warrants to the holder of an existing promissory note of the corporation.

Final voting results on all matters voted at the meeting have been filed with Canadian securities regulators.
