CGI REPORTS DIRECTOR ELECTION RESULTS

CGI Group Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders was held in Montreal, Que., Canada, on Jan. 28, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Oval room of the Ritz Carlton Hotel. All 14 directors proposed for election at the meeting were elected on a vote by show of hands. The proxies received by the company for the election of directors are as set out in the attached table.
