Explorex Resources Inc. has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange and intends to voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. To ensure continued and seamless trading for the company's shareholders, the company's common shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX-V at the close of trading on April 29, 2015, and commence trading on the CSE at market open on April 30, 2015. The company will continue to trade on the CSE under the trading symbol EX.
