The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  6.8 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 13, 2014

New expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 13, 2015

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 24.16 million shares, with 12.08 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 15, 2012.
