The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's-length share purchase agreement dated July 8, 2014, Engagement Labs Inc. will purchase all of the issued shares of Entrinsic Partners Inc., a digital media agency located in Toronto, Ont., in consideration of $500,000 in cash and 1,919,000 common shares.
