EA EDUCATION ANNOUNCES LETTER OF INTENT FOR PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF A PRIVATE SCHOOL

EA Education Group Inc. has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with an independent third party with respect to the proposed acquisition of a private school (JK-G8) that is located in the Greater Toronto Area. Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, the company will own and operate its first full-time private school in the Greater Toronto Area.

Completion of the proposed acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including satisfactory completion of due diligence by the company and execution of a definitive agreement that must be approved by the board of directors of the company, as well as any required regulatory approvals.
