DISCOVERY VENTURES INC. ANNOUNCED DEBT SETTLEMENT

Discovery Ventures Inc. has entered into an agreement with one of its creditors pursuant to which it has agreed to settle debt in the amount of $127,500 in exchange for the issuance of 1,062,500 common shares at a deemed price of 12 cents per share. The proposed debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
