INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

During the conference call, ADF Group's chairman and chief executive officer, Jean Paschini, and chief financial officer, Jean-Francois Boursier, will discuss the company's results and highlights for the first quarter ended April 30, 2013, as well as the corporation's most recent and continuing developments, and its outlook for the coming quarters. Management will also answer questions from investors.
