The International Speculator, in its April 22, 2015, issue, says buy Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. at $2.20, officially, "Best buy." The newsletter said buy three times between July 8, 2013, and Dec. 5, 2014, at prices ranging from $1.15 and $1.85. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the three buys, the $3,000 holding is worth $4,965. The writer notes that in March, Dynacor received a construction permit for its new gold ore processing plant at Chala, Peru, calling the event a "major value-adding milestone" that will increase the company's profit. He calls Dynacor a top pick, but recommends subscribers avoid chasing the stock. Elsewhere in the issue, Casey Research's Louis James muses about his childhood fascination with coins and coin collecting. "Remember that it started with pennies," Mr. James says. "Well, today, I'm working on and looking forward to improving on that success, on an adult scale. I've added zeros to my thinking, and this time, it starts with penny stocks."
