The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date and reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Warrants:  3.5 million

Original expiry date:  April 24, 2016

New expiry date:  Nov. 25, 2016

Original exercise price:  seven cents

New exercise price:  six cents

These are new warrants issued to warrantholders who exercised a total of seven million warrants at seven cents per share by Nov. 24, 2014, under the warrant incentive program announced on Nov. 25, 2014. The remaining 6.18 million warrants that were not exercised shall continue to be exercisable under the original terms. All original warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 13.18 million shares with 13.18 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 25, 2014.
