CHESSWOOD GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES APRIL 2015 DIVIDEND

Chesswood Group Ltd. has declared a cash dividend of 6.5 cents per share for the month of April. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2015, and will be paid on May 15, 2015.

Chesswood Group has designated its dividends as eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
