CODRINGTON CLOSES FINAL TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Codrington Resource Corp. has closed the second (final) tranche of the non-brokered private placement of 830,000 units, raising gross proceeds of $49,800, announced Dec. 31, 2013, and amended Jan. 20, 2014. Each unit was priced at six cents per unit, and comprised one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of 10 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of closing of the non-brokered private placement.

The securities issued are subject to a hold period expiring Aug. 15, 2014. There were no finders' fees payable.
