BTB Real Estate Investment Trust will list an additional 4,598,000 trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, according to the TSX. As in a Dec. 14, 2012, short form prospectus, the trust plans to sell 4,598,000 units at $4.35 each, raising $20,001,300. It has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 689,700 more units at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering. The trust plans to use the money raised for future property acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
