TRIUMPH GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES CORRECTION TO TRADING SYMBOL

Further to the Jan. 24, 2017, news release, due to a TSX Venture Exchange technical error, Triumph Gold Corp. (formerly Northern Freegold Resources Ltd.) will trade under the symbol AUCU until the close of trading on Jan. 26, 2017. The company will commence trading under the correct symbol TIG at market opening on Jan. 27, 2017.
