MGX MINERALS ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

MGX Minerals Inc. shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions brought forth at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on Feb. 15, 2018, in Vancouver, B.C.

At the meeting, 14.79 per cent of shares on record were voted. Resolutions proposed and approved at the meeting included:

• The number of directors was set to six.
• The six members re-elected to the board of directors included: Jared Lazerson, Michael Reimann, Andris Kikauka, Lyndon Patrick, Marc Bruner and Christopher Wolfenberg.
• The existing 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan was approved.
• Adam Sung Kim Ltd. was reappointed as auditor of the company.
