XIMEN ANNOUNCES INVESTOR RELATIONS CONTRACT

Ximen Mining Corp. has appointed Brent M. Soleway as vice-president of investor relations, effective immediately.

Mr. Soleway has been retained on a 12-month contract basis to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and investor communications program to raise awareness of the company. Mr. Soleway has over 25 years of experience raising capital and strategic planning, and has many deep-rooted relationships in the financial community both in North America and internationally. Mr. Soleway shall receive a monthly retainer of $2,500 per month.
