A cease trade order was issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on June 12, 2018, against Vanadiumcorp Resource Inc. for failing to file a technical report to support the Lac Dore disclosure, for the period ended June 11, 2018, and a technical report dated Dec. 28, 2017, for the Lac Dore property was not completed in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
