Trilogy Metals Inc. will list an additional 24,784,482 shares at the open on April 20, 2018, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in a prospectus supplement dated April 16, 2018, to the company's Nov. 21, 2017, short form base shelf prospectus, Trilogy will issue 21,551,724 shares at $1.16 (U.S.) per share in a bought deal offering. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to acquire up to an additional 15 per cent of shares at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
